Enjoyable, not earth-shattering. Your typical mother, never listening. There were probably a lot of jokes I didn't get: I consider why the bookstore would be named "10% Books" until the mother misunderstood it as a discount store.

The Awful Truth
Cary Grant and Irene Dunne, and as such, fun. Was Ralph Bellamy anything but a laughingstock? Compared to Cary Grant, he never could seem like anything much, but here he's a rube, and in "His Girl Friday" he's a toady. In the latter Cary Grant even describes him to a third person as looking "like that chap in the movies, whatsisname, Ralph Bellamy."
